Community Fish Food

A community tank has fish feeding at the top, middle and bottom, so one food rarely covers everyone. This collection brings together the flakes, micro pellets, granules, wafers and freeze-dried treats we stock for tetras, rasboras, gouramis, livebearers, corys and other peaceful tank mates.

A simple routine works well: a floating flake or slow-sinking micro pellet for the mid and upper swimmers, plus a sinking wafer or tablet for the bottom dwellers. Add a freeze-dried treat a few times a week. For more specific picks see tetra food, guppy food or Corydoras food.
